Slotted between the
Omni Arena and the active downtown railroad track, over railroad air right,
this concrete parking facility is entered at the top level, from the World
Congress Center via duct and ramps connected to two structural decks below.
This entrance level leads pedestrians directly into the spectator levels of
the coliseum.
This parking deck provides 320 toll parking spaces, plus the reserved spaces
required at plaza level for operation of the arena and for VIP’s plus team
and charter parking/loading, employee parking and the coliseum loading dock,
all at ground level.
