Located on the East Campus of Morris Brown College, the building form resembles three octagons tied together by a circular corridor. The first segment houses a natatorium and dance studio. The pool meets Southern Athletic Intercollegiate Conference Swimming competition requirements. The second segment contains a gymnasium with a seating capacity of 2,800. There is also an area for gymnastics and a classroom for archery. The third segment includes a huge multipurpose room, meeting / classroom and administrative offices.
