The new facility will be constructed on the main campus of Fort Valley State University within the recently developed quadrangle. The new academic classroom building will contain approximately 63,000 gsf of new space, including general classrooms, a large lecture hall/auditorium, wet class/ labs, faculty offices, administrative and building support spaces. The project also includes utility connections to campus operated utility systems, and infrastructure to support the facility.
