CONSTRUCTION COST: $653,907
This project is a two-story,
3,796 s.f. steel structure addition. This project includes the addition of a
music lab, arts & crafts lab with a stair and corridor connection to the
main building.
Also some additional painting and electrical work was done in the existing
building and a sizeable amount of civil work which included ADA requirements
of ramps, fencing the property and the paving of the parking lot.
