The new building is a 6-sided polygon seating 1,200 (800 main floor and 400 in the balcony) with control booth for lighting and electronic equipment controls. The frame of the interior is laminated wod arches with wood structural deck. The exterior is architectural concrete brick. An existing building was converted into an educational building.
