The building has been place on the northeast corner of the 17.6 acre site, positioning the building to enhance its' visibility to approaching traffic and assessing the building in establishing itself as being the prominent structure within the area. The building is a one-story, slab-on-grade structure with exterior brick veneer and CMU in-fill between post and beam construction.
