In order to provide a pedestrian friendly environment linking existing building users to newly constructed office space J. W. Robinson & Associates, Inc. provided a major accesses corridor through this corporate office building. this corridor not only linked the building users to a new office complex but MARTA riders as well. the project involved major modifications and rerouting of existing electrical, telecommunications, plumbing, fire protection and mechanical systems while the building was still occupied. In addition, a major handicap ramp had to be created over an existing MARTA tunnel to provided pedestrian access to the street. A new canopy and storefront entrance was also provided to the existing structure.
