Estimating Suite: Toal renovation of an existing, open unfinished basement space. The conversion resulted in a first- class computerized estimating department with 24 offices, supporting conference, bid and digitizer rooms. Existing windows were reopened allowing natural light into these underground spaces. In addition, a handicap list was installed to meet ADA requirements.

Executive Suite: With a limited budget and maintaining as many existing walls as possible, this executive office atmosphere met the design challenge. Many existing walls were modified and new walls and finishes were added to create the desired atmosphere. The result was attractive office spaces in which all executives have a view to the city with centralized support areas convenient to all 27 employees.
