PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Nestled in a residential community, Beecher Hills Elementary School renovation project consisted of various modifications to the existing structure.

This project consisted of upgrading the HVAC system which involved modifications to existing interior walls and ceilings. In order to address current energy standards, new insulated windows were added which also created a more attractive exterior facade. Also the ceiling had to be lowered to make the building more energy efficient. Interior finish upgrades such as floor tiles, ceiling tiles and painting were also incorporated in the renovation
