This recently finished $7.5
million project is a seven level parking structure with associated 10-story
office building. J. W. Robinson & Associates, Inc. (Architect of Record)
worked in conjunction with Thompson, Ventulett, Stainback & Associates, Inc.
who was the architect for the original office facility and the new 10-story
office building. The parking structure provides parking for 1,280 cars.
This facility consists of precast concrete and brick veneer. In order to
meet the owner’s budget, brick veneer was used as accent which blended in
with the surroundings and the new office facility. This resulted in a very
economical but architecturally attractive parking deck.
