Douglass Village Apartments is a townhouse complex that is located on a 10.8 acre site in Douglasville, Georgia. The apartments consists of 29 two bedroom units, 29 three bedroom units and 30 four bedroom units. Six units have been especially designed to accommodate the handicapped. The units are spacious and exceed HUD minimum design standards for new construction. The buildings are wood frame with brick veneer having a concrete block, stucco-finished party wall. Parking is adjacent to each unit, with 141 spaces available.

Centrally located is the community building. The one story structure has a recreation / handicrafts room, management office, social services office, conference area, laundry, public toilets and maintenance office. Other recreational amenities were not developed, as the complex is adjacent to Douglasville Centennial Park, a major recreational playground for this community
